Entrance to ‘standalone’ Exhibitions’ held by SHRG is £2 (Members: entry free). Exhibitions are held usually in May, July*, August** & September.*at the Beeston Flower Festival there is a reduced entrance fee 50 pence due to space constraints. ** at the Sandy Show (Entrance fee (where charged) is to Sandy Show) Entrance to Speaker Events is £4:00 (Members: entry free). If you join at one of our public standalone events, your entry fee will be refunded! Refreshments are available at all Exhibitions and Speaker events mounted by SHRG (Where events are mounted by a main host, e.g. Sandy Show, refreshments will be available from the main event host). SHRG publications will be available for sale at all Exhibitions & Speaker Events. The AGM will consist of annual reports, election of officers to form the new committee for the following year. *Beeston Methodist Church is in The Baulk which is off The Limes, Beeston Post Code.
