Members normally have free entry to our “standalone” exhibitions and speaker events.

Entry for non-members to our “standalone” exhibitions normally costs £2.00, and entry for non-members to our “standalone” speaker events normally costs £4.00. If you join SHRG at one of our “standalone” events, your event entry fee will be refunded.

Refreshments are available at all “standalone” exhibitions and speaker events, and SHRG publications are also available for purchase.

Our exhibitions are usually held in May, July, September, and October. The July exhibition forms part of the Beeston Summer Festival at Beeston Methodist Church; entry to the SHRG exhibition at the Summer Festival costs only £1.00, and refreshments are available from the Church. The September exhibition may be held on the same day as the Sandy Show, but is a separate “standalone” event.

The main purposes of the AGM, which is usually accompanied by a quiz night, is to receive financial and other reports on the Group’s activities and elect officers to form the new committee for the coming year.

Our exhibitions and events are held at a variety of locations in Sandy, one of which is Beeston Methodist Church in the Baulk, off the Limes, Beeston, postcode SG19 1NR. Parking is available to the rear.
