Alternatively, cheques should be made payable to Sandy Historical Research Group. In either case, please complete this form and return it to the Membership Officer by post or email (membership@shrg.uk).

• Any archive material borrowed for research must be kept safe and be returned promptly.
• The Research Group’s name cannot be used unless agreed by the Committee.
